If you feel there must be an easier way, then give this another try. You must try to relax while attempting to apply the idea.

I once read a book called thin thighs in 30 days. It was great, but it was also hell. I wonder if you are aware that exercise is beneficial no matter how you do it. Fast, or slow or in between. You know all this information makes sense. So be sensible. Think about it. Celebs pay trainers that will get them doing the exercise perfectly for 6 weeks. If you can't afford that or don't fancy the pain take the scenic route and get on with your life.


This is what I remember and this is my experience. I was on a diet with very low carbs. I was supposed to walk a mile a day. Even after 30 years excellent dieting and exercising I can't walk a mile a day for a week. So I failed. And as it my motto, Improvise. I did what I could.


I didn't start with 20 step ups. Using the bottom of my stairs. I didn't walk up and down stairs 5 extra times a day. And I didn't walk any extra a day. I did 5 step ups and added 1 per day for 2 weeks. Needless to say after the first week I started to eat normally again. The second week I was ready and changed my breakfast to seeds and my lunch to 4-6 oz of pasta/salad or salad sandwich on brown.



For those of you who don't exercise, don't name it at all. Just stretch more when you're about to do something. Play at it like I do this work out worked for me in 60 days and you should tweak it to fit your life, but make sure you do a stretch of arms raised and legs raised to warm up muscles. Maybe just stretching is your exercise. Great just do that.. Build yourself up though. If you get to five minute or you want to get to five minutes aim for it. This is considered

I just used it to get we motivated. It was a great book because I focussed on the detail and did not take it so seriously that is ruined my life.
